Hello Ballerinas!

I’ve been dancing since I was 3 years old and performing professionally as an actor & dancer since 18!

While living in NYC, I created and led the ballet program for Playgarden a children’s education and play center in Tribeca. I taught students age 18 months-4 years old the basics of ballet through imaginative play, song, game and creative movement.

Now, I have a 2 year old daughter and am thrilled to be introducing her to my first love—BALLET!

CREATIVE BALLET CLASSES FOR CHILDREN

My ballet classes are toddler heaven! Repetitive songs and movements, bubbles, special props and imaginative creative play make for a perfectly paced introduction to the world of ballet for little dancers.

Our fall classes will run from September 13-December 6 (skipping the weekend of Oct 25) culminating in a mini recital for parents.

Our 2-3 year old ballet class is parent & me bonding experience— with a repeatable structure focusing on play and socialization, dancers LOVE coming back week after week for their Miss Julia fix :)

Our 3-4 year old ballet class is drop off to build independence and practice following directions from a non-parent adult—we focus on continued coordination and building the foundations of ballet movement in a fun, joyful way that engages lots of make-believe and imaginative play.

LOCATION

Our classes will be located at Portland Dance Studio in SE Portland: 232 SE Oak Street in room 102.

There is a building code with a lobby and a bathroom and then each studio has its own code. It's a community shared rental space with communal room to get your little one changed/arrive early or stay late, etc!

PRICING:

Early Bird Pricing for registration is $295 before August 20th.

After August 20th tuition is $325.
